At Attic Projects, we are insured and bonded for your protection. This means we have added protection that goes above, and beyond the typical liability insurance, most companies are covered by. We believe in the work we do, but we also believe that you should have that work done worry-free.
We know when you let us enter your home to perform a service, you are investing a large amount of trust in us. We want you to know that we do everything we can to make sure that you and your home are protected from any damage or accidents that may happen while we are on the job.
For anyone who had done work around the home with a DIY project, you know there is a certain amount of risk involved, and we know anything can happen.
While we don’t anticipate issues occurring during a job, we are prepared if it does. If an accident was to happen on your property, we are fully insured so you cannot be held liable. When you hire Attic Projects for a job, you know every person who enters your home is a fully insured and licensed in-house technician. If one of them was to fall or become injured, you are not held responsible.
From the moment we enter your home, you are protected against any errors or accidents that may happen, and this includes against your property.
If your property is damaged, we are responsible for making it right.
For example, let’s say a water pipe is damaged during a project, and this causes extensive water damage to your home. Attic Projects is insured up to $2 million for damages. This means you will not be held responsible for any damage.
Unfortunately, many companies don’t practice this same policy and regularly hire temporary workers who do not fall under their insurance plans. This means if something were to happen on your property, you could be held liable. That temporary worker, or sub-contractor, could come after you and hold you financially responsible.
This is not right and should not happen.
This is why we take the necessary steps to make sure you are fully protected from any issue that may arise.
